Job summary

Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, is seeking a Senior PMO to lead PMO functions across programs in financial services. You will drive transformation planning, reporting, control, and change management with a focus on RAID, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Based in Bengaluru, you will coordinate central and decentralized PMOs, chair steering committees, and deliver executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Execute PMO Office functions, including transformation planning, reporting, control, and change management.
  • Maintain and manage the RAID framework, ensuring effective dependency management.
  • Prepare documentation for steering bodies and communicate results, including participation and minutes documentation.
  • Facilitate decision-making by preparing and coordinating workshops and meetings.
  • Act as an interface between central and decentralized PMOs and across all programs within the project body.
  • Provide migration expertise and deliver an outside-in perspective for program management.
  • Coordinate and moderate complex work packages, serving as an interface across programs when necessary.
  • Manage shared drives, facilitate document uploads and sharing, and support group reporting using tools like Jira, dbClarity, and PowerBI.
  • Oversee financials and resource planning.
  • Resolve critical issues within Project Body Transformation Office Model (PB TOM) workstreams as required.

Summary

The Senior PMO at Capco will play a pivotal role in managing and executing the Project Management Office (PMO) for various programs. This position requires a strategic mindset to handle transformation planning, reporting, control, and change management.
