Job summary

Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, seeks a delivery-focused Senior PMO / Program Governance Lead in India (Hybrid). You will drive large-scale transformation programs with ownership of delivery, governance, reporting, risk management and executive stakeholder management.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in PMO/Portfolio governance, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience in Banking/Financial Services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PMO, Program Management, or Portfolio Governance.
• Strong governance leadership and delivery ownership.
• Executive stakeholder management and executive reporting.
• Risk, Issue, Dependency, and Change Management.
• Advanced Excel: XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards, Automation.

• Budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program delivery from planning to closure.

• Develop executive dashboards, governance packs, and board-level presentations.

Job Description – Senior PMO / Program Governance Lead

Role Summary

Seeking a delivery-focused Senior PMO with 10+ years of experience driving large-scale transformation programs. The role requires strong ownership of program delivery, governance, executive stakeholder management, reporting, financial oversight, and risk management, preferably within Banking/Financial Services.
