Job summary

Capco, a Wipro company, is hiring for a PMO/Portfolio Management role within the Corporate & Investment Banking Value Stream in Bengaluru. You will manage OKRs, realize benefits, oversee governance, and handle portfolio reporting and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong PMO and governance experience in financial services, with expertise in Agile or Hybrid delivery and relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe).

Qualifications

• PMO/Portfolio Management within Banking, Investment Banking, or Financial Services or Capital Market experience.
• OKR and KPI management experience.
• Experience with benefits realization frameworks and governance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio reporting and governance for the CIB Value Stream.
• Coordinate RAID tracking, financial governance and strategic transformation delivery.
• Engage stakeholders including senior leadership to drive program outcomes.
