Job summary

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the Kharadi, Pune location to lead complex technology initiatives with a hands-on, outcome-driven approach. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, business, product, and engineering, while leveraging AI capabilities to improve planning, reporting, and governance.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and the ability to challenge senior stakeholders

• Strong Technical Project Manager with experience leading complex technology projects.
• Ability to drive and lead teams with passion, ownership, and accountability.
• Proactive self-starter with a hands-on, outcome-focused approach.
• Confident in working with and constructively challenging senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Good understanding of AI / Generative AI and its practical application in project management.
• Must be able to demonstrate how AI has been used for planning, reporting, risk management, meeting summaries, productivity, or decision-making.
• Strong experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and delivery governance.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology, business, product, and engineering teams.
• Good understanding of Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Looking for a dynamic, hands-on PM rather than a very senior/profile-heavy project manager.
