Job summary

Webomindapps Pvt. Ltd invites a seasoned Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to independently plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads from our Bengaluru office.

You will monitor CPC, CTR, CPA and ROAS, collaborate with SEO, Content and Creative teams, and deliver regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with Hot star/Digital Video advertising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn and Hot star.
• Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, target audience and business goals.
• Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions and overall campaign performance.
• Handle campaign budgeting, bidding, audience targeting, remarketing and optimization.
• Conduct keyword, competitor and audience research to improve campaign performance.
• Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences and landing-page approaches.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with SEO, Content, Design and Account Management teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign insights to clients/internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, targeting options, tracking and performance marketing trends.

Job description :

Webomindapps is a digital marketing agency working with premium clients across multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently manage paid media campaigns and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn and Hot star.
• Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, target audience and business goals.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with Hot star/Digital Video advertising is preferred.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, bidding, targeting and conversion tracking.
• Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and client accounts.
• Good understanding of performance metrics and ROI-driven marketing.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred

• Experience handling multiple premium clients/accounts simultaneously.
• Experience with significant monthly ad budgets.
• Google Ads / Meta certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with B2B and B2C campaigns is a plus.
