Job summary

BigBoost AI in Chennai, Tamil Nadu is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who owns growth for US and UK B2C brands. You will lead Paid Search strategy, manage high-spend campaigns and build dashboards to measure performance.

The role requires 4+ years agency experience, deep Google Ads expertise and strong client communication. You will collaborate with creative and strategy teams and work directly with international clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of Performance Marketing experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads with hands on experience in Google Search Ads, Performance Max, AI Max, Shopping Campaigns and advanced conversion tracking.
• Proven experience managing high budget Paid Search campaigns for US and UK B2C clients.
• Meta Ads experience for customer acquisition.
• Strong client facing experience with exceptional communication and account management skills.
• Experience managing multiple international client accounts independently.
• Good working knowledge of Shopify, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads and Pinterest Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in PPC, SEM, Paid Search, CRO, ROAS optimisation and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Search strategy and execution for US and UK B2C clients.
• Manage high spend Google Ads campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, AI Max, Shopping, Display and Remarketing.
• Build and maintain insightful performance dashboards using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), GA4, GTM and other analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance, uncover growth opportunities, present actionable insights, and support data driven decision making for US and UK clients.
• Drive customer acquisition through Meta Ads as a complementary channel.
• Own client communication, strategy calls, reporting, account management and performance reviews with US and UK stakeholders.
• Scale campaigns through continuous optimisation, audience strategy, bidding, attribution, conversion rate optimisation and ROAS improvement.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to maximise campaign performance.

• Your role has been limited to campaign execution without directly managing or communicating with US or UK clients.
• You have less than 4 years of relevant agency experience.
