You will plan, launch, optimize, and report on Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube, collaborating with analytics and creative teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads within a performance marketing agency.
• Experience managing B2C paid search campaigns for US or UK markets.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Merchant Center, and Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion volume.
• Conduct keyword research, search query analysis, bidding, audience targeting, and budget management.
• Build performance reports and present campaign insights to clients.
• Work closely with creative, analytics, and account management teams to drive campaign success.
• Independently manage day-to-day campaign execution while communicating confidently with US & UK clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Google Ads within a performance marketing agency.
• Experience managing B2C paid search campaigns for US and/or UK markets.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Looker Studio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client‑facing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.

This Role Is Not For

• Candidates with primarily SEO, Organic Marketing, or Content Marketing experience.
• Candidates whose experience is predominantly B2B performance marketing.
• Candidates without performance marketing agency experience.
• Candidates focused primarily on Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
