TechXR Innovations is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to lead user acquisition and revenue growth, managing Google and Meta campaigns and optimizing ROAS, CPA, and LTV.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4, plus 3+ years in performance marketing and the ability to handle 1 Cr+ monthly budgets with collaboration across creative and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Performance Marketing.
• Experience with B2C, D2C, E-commerce, or OTT sectors.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4.
• Experience handling 1 Cr+ monthly campaign budgets.
• Nice to have from Tier-1 institutes (IIT, IIM, NIT, IIIT, BITS, etc.).
