Required Skills

• Work on both functional configuration and technical development activities.
• Understand payroll business rules and convert them into technical specs.
• Develop and support Payroll interfaces, integrations, and customizations.
• Configure payroll tables, elements, earning/deduction codes.
• Perform testing, debugging, and data validation.
• Use PeopleTools, App Engine, SQR, and Application Designer.
• Support payroll cycles and resolve system/processing errors.
• Work on PS Query, BI Publisher reporting, and SQL tuning.
• Assist with upgrades, patches, and retrofits.
• Coordinate with functional and IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
