Job summary

Legrand in India is seeking a qualified Service Engineer to support our L7 - IN - NUMERIC - Customer Service team. You will diagnose, maintain and repair PCB assemblies and 3-phase UPS systems, delivering timely, field-based solutions.

You will train customers, document service activities, and collaborate with the engineering group to implement process improvements while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
• Strong PCB technology and soldering expertise.
• Experience with 3-phase UPS systems preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to travel for on-site service as required.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
