  • Act as the go-to expert for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Oversee petty cash and coordinate housekeeping to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management

Operations
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR and administrative processes, making operations more efficient.
  • Assist in planning and executing engaging employee activities and initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing and administering performance management systems, ensuring timely feedback and evaluations.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees and managers throughout the performance review cycle, ensuring consistency and fairness in evaluations.
  • Contribute to programmes that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Expertise in payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Deep understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws as per shop & establishment act.
