Senior Payroll & HRIS Administrator
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in Indian Payroll and HRIS, with strong hands-on experience in UKG, preferably within a mid-size or large organization
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro, UKG Ready & UKG OneView
- Strong knowledge of India payroll processes and statutory requirements
- Experience in payroll audits, reconciliations and validations
- Experience in HRIS administration, configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with HRIS integrations and data interfaces
- Experience with system testing, upgrades and implementations
- Strong HRIS reporting and data analysis skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and large data sets
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Good written and verbal English communication
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage accurate and timely Indian Payroll administration
- Review payroll inputs including attendance, leave, deductions, incentives and reimbursements
- Perform payroll audits, reconciliations and validations
- Act as the key administrator/SME for UKG Pro, UKG Ready & UKG OneView
- Maintain employee data, workflows and HRIS configurations
- Troubleshoot UKG, payroll, timekeeping and integration issues
- Support UKG configurations, upgrades, testing and implementations
- Prepare payroll, headcount, workforce and attendance reports
- Handle Indian statutory payroll requirements including PF, ESI, PT and TDS
- Support payroll/HR audits and identify opportunities to automate and improve processes
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and Operations teams across India and the US
