Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a Senior Analyst - HR Operations Payroll (India) in Bangalore to manage end-to-end payroll operations for India employees. The role requires 3 to 5 years of payroll experience and will operate from Whitefield, Bengaluru.

The candidate will handle monthly payroll processing, compliance with statutory regulations, and coordination with HR, Finance, and vendors while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• End-to-End India Payroll Processing experience.
• Payroll statutory compliance incl. PF/ESI/PT/TDS/Form 16/F&F.
• Payroll Reconciliation & Audit Management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll Systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
