Job summary

Apex Group in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Analyst - Payments to support treasury operations, vendor payments, payroll funding, and intercompany settlements. Join a global finance team delivering cross-border processing with bank platforms and multi-currency capability.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in accounting/finance and 6–10 years of experience, with knowledge of SWIFT/ACH/WIRE, ERP familiarity (Workday preferred), and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Global vendor payments, payroll funding, and other treasury activities, intercompany settlements, bank account governance.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, BACS, ACH, WIRE transfer.
• Experience with global banking platforms and multiple currencies.
• End-to-end Accounts Payable process.
• End-to-end Bank reconciliation and identify unreconciled items.
• Monitor payment KPIs and operational metrics.
• Assist with month-end closing and collaborate with AP/AR.

Position : Senior Analyst - Payments

Job Profile: Treasury - Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for global vendor payments, payroll funding, and other treasury activities, intercompany settlements, bank account governance etc


• Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, BACS, ACH, WIRE transfer


• Experience working with global banking platforms and in multiple currencies


• Understanding of end to end Accounts Payable process


• Knowledge of any ERP system, preferably Workday


• Responsible for end-to-end Bank reconciliation


• Identify and report unreconciled items


• Monitor returned and rejected payments.


• Track payment KPIs and operational metrics.


• Assist with month-end closing processes


• Collaborate with AP/AR teams for transaction verification


• Clean up debit balances
