Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Associate to join our global fund administration and middle office teams. The role entails handling data for bookkeeping and primary financial statements, reconciling transactions, and preparing management accounts across IFRS and US GAAP frameworks.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of accounting experience and holds CA/CPA/ACCA or MBA in Finance, or CFA. This position is based in India and involves working with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate financial

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA (Finance) or CFA.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience.
• IFRS/US GAAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receipt of required data for the preparation of Book-Keeping and periodic primary statements (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash-flows and notes).
• Analysis of bank transactions and processing/reviewing on accounting platform/excel.
• Analysis and processing/review of invoices, expenses, and other transactions.
• Understanding of accrued & prepaid expenses, FAR & Revaluations.
• Understanding of cash, capital & Dividend movements.
• Ability to reconcile AP & AR (Inter-company transactions).
• Exposure to Trial balance finalization.
• Preparation & review of periodic management accounts in multiple GAAPs, mainly IFRS and US GAAP.
• Exposure to payroll accounting, posting journal entries & VAT/GST calculations/returns.
• Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Client, Auditor and Director.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
