Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Specialist - Global Payments in Bengaluru to manage global payment processing, SWIFT and FED payments, FX transactions, and settlements. The role involves handling payment investigations, cash settlements, and gateway/BANK portals with strict adherence to compliance and controls.

You will work with vendors and internal teams on subscriptions, redemption payments, and SSI reviews while maintaining strong stakeholder communication to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SWIFT MT103/MT202, FED Payments and FX settlements.
• Knowledge of IBAN, BIC, ABA, Sort Code, RTGS & NEFT.
• Vendor and fund payment processing experience.
• Subscription & redemption payments and SSI review/validation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for a Payments Operations professional with hands‑on experience in SWIFT, FED Payments, FX transactions, wire transfers, and global payment processing.

Key Skills:

SWIFT (MT103, MT202), FED Payments & FX Transactions Payment investigations and cash settlements Knowledge of IBAN, BIC, ABA, Sort Code, BSB, RTGS & NEFT Vendor and fund payment processing Subscription & redemption payments SSI review and validation Banking portals and treasury/payment operations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in Payments, Banking, Treasury, or Transfer Agency
• Exposure to Hedge Funds or Private Equity
• B.Com, MBA, or equivalent qualification
