Job summary

RateGain Travel Technologies Limited is seeking a Senior Partner - Solution Consulting with 10+ years of experience in API integrations, technical solutioning, and enterprise customer engagement.

You will design and drive complex integration programs for global clients within RateGain's distribution ecosystem. Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver scalable solutions and guide implementations from onboarding to go-live.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solution Engineering or Technical Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication mechanisms, and integration best practices.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large enterprise customers and complex integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for quickly understanding complex business and technical challenges and driving effective solutions.
