• Ability to collaborate across business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large enterprise customers and complex integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude for complex business challenges.
• Willingness to work late evening/night hours to support US-based enterprise customers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for quickly understanding complex business and technical challenges and driving effective solutions.
