Job summary

RateGain Travel Technologies Limited is seeking a Senior Partner - Solution Consulting with 10+ years of experience in API integrations, technical solutioning and enterprise customer engagement. The role involves designing end-to-end API integrations, leading solutioning across distribution ecosystems, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to drive implementations.

You will support onboarding, testing, and go-live activities while troubleshooting complex integration

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or Technical Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and integration best practices.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting large enterprise customers and complex integrations.

• Excellent customer-facing,communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across business andtechnical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large enterprisecustomers and complex integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills with a high aptitude for quickly understanding complex business andtechnical challenges and driving effective solutions.
• Flexibility to work during lateevening/night hours to support US-based enterprise customers and criticalbusiness engagements.
