Qualifications

• 7–8 years in HR consulting or workforce transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide Talent Management initiatives.
• Certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Organization and Workforce Transformation engagements across people strategy and Talent Management frameworks.
• Contribute to Total Rewards design, including job evaluation and compensation benchmarking.
• Support leadership assessment programs, including 360 assessments and capability-building initiatives.
• Contribute to Strategic Workforce Planning projects with demand-supply analysis and scenario planning.
• Perform HR analytics and generate insights for client recommendations.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment and adoption.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery within timelines and budgets.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Organization and Workforce Transformation within our People Consulting team, you will support and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives across Workforce Strategy, and Talent Management solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior client stakeholders to design and implement integrated solutions spanning Talent Management Framework, Total Rewards, Leadership Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, and HR analytics. You will play a key role in translating business strategy into actionable workforce and HR interventions that deliver measurable impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support Organization and Workforce Transformation engagements, focusing on people strategy and Talent Management frameworks including competency management, Career Framework, succession planning etc.
• Support delivery of Total Rewards solutions, including job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, and benefits strategy design.
• Support leadership assessment and development programs, including 360-degree assessments and targeted capability-building initiatives.
• Contribute to Strategic Workforce Planning projects, including demand-supply analysis, scenario planning, and workforce optimization strategies.
• Perform HR analytics and generate insights to support decision-making and client recommendations.
• Facilitate and support client workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment, co-create solutions, and support transformation adoption.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.
• Develop thought leadership, point-of-view (PoV) content, and reusable tools/assets to strengthen capabilities and support client solutioning.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Strong understanding of Organization and Workforce Transformation, including People strategy, Workforce planning and Talent Management practices.
• Expertise in Total Rewards, including Job Evaluation, Compensation Benchmarking, and benefits strategy.
• Experience in psychometric assessments, competency frameworks, and talent assessment methodologies.
• Proficiency in HR analytics, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making approaches.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams and meeting timelines.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• 7-8 years of experience in HR consulting, organization and workforce transformation, or related advisory roles.
• Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide Talent Management initiatives.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, CIPD, SHRM, or psychometric assessment certifications) are an advantage.
• Experience in professional services or global consulting environments is preferred.
