Job summary

Jobtailor in Hyderabad seeks a senior Organization & Workforce Transformation leader to drive global client engagements from India. You will lead the practice, shape strategic workforce planning, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across industries to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.

You will collaborate with global practices, manage complex programs, mentor teams, and develop PoVs, proposals, and market insights.

Qualifications

12-16 years of experience in related domains.
Minimum 8-10 years in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Culture, and Talent Management.
Strong expertise in capacity planning, workforce management tools, and operational planning methodologies.
Experience developing PoVs and sales proposals under Organization Design and Talent Management.
Experience managing large teams and multiple engagements simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership across matrixed and ambiguous environments.
Experience in consulting for global organizations across industries in Organization Design, Workforce Planning and Restructuring, Talent Management, and Leadership and Culture Assessment.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow the Organization and Workforce Transformation consulting services capability.
Develop strong relationships with global practices.
Work on global client projects as part of a globally distributed team.
Ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy of work products.
Collaborate with OWT subject matter experts to provide insights on strategic and operational performance.
Lead a team of professionals and provide direction across pursuit and project phases.
Achieve productivity, utilization, headcount growth, and penetration metrics.
Manage engagement risks and escalations, project economics, planning, and budgeting.
Serve as a go-to advisor on Organization and Workforce Transformation, strategic workforce planning, organization restructuring, and talent planning.
Counsel and coach team members; define goals, conduct performance reviews, and ensure ongoing learning and development.
Develop thought leadership collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Build and enhance software offerings within the practice.
Contribute to strategic planning to grow the team.
Support business development, PoV development, proposals, and market research.

Requirements

Experience in project management, tracking, benefits reporting, and stakeholder management
Experience in a managed services organization providing extended consulting services to global clients
Experience managing medium to large-scale Organization Transformation projects using analytics, talent management, and HR planning
Experience working with a Big 4 consulting firm
