Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Techno- Functional Consultant

We are looking for a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Talent Management (including Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Goal Management). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both functional process knowledge and technical skills to configure, support, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating system strategy and gathering business requirements for Oracle Talent Management.
• Lead fit-gap analysis, defining both current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes.
• Conduct prototype demonstrations and configure Oracle Compensation functionality for clients.
• Perform testing and deliver user training on Oracle Compensation.
• Cultivate and maintain business and vendor relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Anticipate client/project needs and develop alternative solutions.
