Job summary

Sanvi Engineering And Business Consulting Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to independently manage Air and Sea freight, including imports and exports, for key accounts.

You will lead a small team, handle end-to-end documentation, billing and MIS, ensure compliance with GST and customs procedures, and coordinate with carriers and agents for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in Freight Forwarding / CHA / 3PL in Mumbai with independent handling of Air + Sea.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, HS Codes, customs procedures.
• ERP experience with CargoWise / Logi-Sys / Softlink and advanced Excel.
• Graduate with Diploma in Logistics / IATA / FIATA preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end file handling - Air & Sea - FCL, LCL, Airfreight - Booking to delivery.
• Documentation - BL, AWB, S/B, BOE, Invoice, Packing List - Zero error.
• Coordination with Shipping Lines, Airlines, CHAs, Transporters & Overseas Agents.
• Client servicing - Primary POC for key accounts, milestone updates & escalation handling.
• Lead team of 3-5, allocate work & review files.
• Billing, costing & daily MIS reporting.
• Compliance - GST, E-way Bill, SEZ / FTWZ, Customs SOPs.

Role
