Job summary

Astrotalk is seeking a customer support executive to be the primary contact for customers across phone, email, and chat, delivering a professional and responsive experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate concerns, facilitate issue resolution, and ensure queries are answered accurately and promptly.

You will monitor customer requests from initiation to closure, providing proactive guidance and solutions to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
