The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech or BFSI. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Advanced Excel are essential. Responsibilities include ensuring process compliance, coordinating with teams, and identifying operational efficiencies. This is a full-time, on-site role.
