• Extremely detail-oriented; errors bother you.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; formulas, lookups, pivot tables.
• Comfortable with SQL; querying and data issues.
• Python scripting ability or willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily automated pipelines and flag anomalies.
• Coordinate with data providers for reconciliation and error resolution.
• Maintain internal trackers, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the Ops Lead on process documentation and SOPs.
• Liaise with distributors and investors for operational queries.
