Job summary

RECRIVIO in Ahmedabad is seeking a Senior Operations Manager - Amazon with 5-8 years of experience to lead the Amazon operations across Seller Central and Vendor Central. You will drive inventory management, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to scale Amazon channels.

The role demands strong hands-on experience with Amazon platforms, deep knowledge of 3P/1P models, and a track record of process improvements and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Ecommerce / Marketplace / Supply Chain Operations experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Good understanding of Amazon 3P and 1P business models.
• Experience with FBA, Seller Flex, Vendor PO fulfilment and Amazon FC operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning, Fill Rate, OOS, OTIF, logistics and reconciliation.
• Strong Excel / Power BI / ERP / OMS and analytical capabilities.
• Prior experience in leading an Ecommerce Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Amazon Operations team across Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Manage Amazon 3P operations including FBA / Seller Flex / fulfilment models.
• Manage Amazon 1P Vendor Central operations including PO processing, confirmations, appointments and fulfilment.
• Monitor inventory availability across Amazon FCs and fulfilment locations.
• Track Fill Rate, OOS, sales loss, inventory cover and replenishment requirements.
• Analyse PO acceptance, shortages, cancellations and unfulfilled quantities.
• Ensure Seller Central and Vendor Central account hygiene and operational compliance.
• Monitor dispatch SLA, OTIF, appointment adherence and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with Inventory Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Sales and ERP/Tech teams.
• Track Amazon penalties, shortages, claims, chargebacks, deductions and operational disputes.
• Monitor returns and inventory reconciliation.
• Analyse SKU / ASIN-wise sales, inventory availability and lost sales opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Amazon performance MIS and dashboards.
• Conduct RCA for operational gaps and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Lead process improvement, automation and integration projects.
• Manage team KPIs, performance and capability development.
• Support growth planning by improving inventory positioning and fulfilment readiness.
