Job summary

Amazon Area Manager Bengaluru is responsible for direct people management and driving operational performance at Vendor Flex sites, while leading process improvements across the site and network. You will also focus on developing team members and ensuring a high standard of execution in a fast-paced environment.

Flex operations require flexibility to work weekends/nights and travel to seller nodes to launch, set up and monitor activities.

You will also lead many process improvement projects, both for the site and the network, to drive enhancements in key shop floor metrics, viz. Quality, Cost and Delivery. One of your key responsibilities will also be development of your team members. You must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly and to travel to seller nodes to launch, set up & monitor Flex operations.
