Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a Master Data Analyst to review and process master data changes in the MDG platform, ensuring adherence to published standards.

You will perform data quality reviews for CRUD requests, support training, publish reports, and provide first-level support to project and commercial teams. Located in Gujarat, India, with graduation and SAP certification preferred and 2–5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation and SAP Certification required or preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in master data or related field.
• Experience with SAP MDG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review master data change requests submitted by end-users in the MDG platform for fit and form against published standards and procedures.
• Perform data quality review on changes for the CRUD process per data quality guidelines.
• Process master data requests in MDG using LSMWs or equivalent tools.
• Support and exchange knowledge on data, MDG platform and governance with business users.
• Ensure change requests are completed on time and meet SLA targets for turnaround time and accuracy.
• Publish bi-weekly reports on tickets, master data records impacted, and BAU vs project splits.
• Contribute to end-user training on master data change management for new joiners.
• Validate project deliverables for data quality and provide first-level support to project teams.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Review master data change requests submitted by end-user in MDG platform for its fit and form against the published standards and procedures of master data

Perform data quality review on the change request for the CRUD process as outlined in data quality management guidelines

Process master data request in MDG using appropriate LSMWs

Support and exchange knowledge on data, MDG platform and governance with business users

Ensure the master data change requests are completed on time and the requests are processed within the SLA's related to Turn Around Time and the accuracy of the processed data.

Publish Bi-Weekly reports and master data change requests with respect to

• - Number of tickets handled
• - Number of Master data records impacted (CRUD)
• - Business/ Project and BAU Split up of requests for the period.

Contribute to Training End-users on the master data change management process for new joinees

Validate project deliverables related to master data for its quality. provide first level support to project teams / commercial team on data requirement, orientation on the templates.

Qualification: Any Graduation, SAP Certification
