Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute localized sales strategies to expand market share and increase customer acquisition for gold loan products.
• Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, gold valuation standards, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Monitor team performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and implement coaching programs to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit, operations, and audit teams, to ensure seamless loan processing, secure safekeeping, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain high standards of customer relationship management and efficiently resolve escalated customer queries.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in sales management and team leadership within the consumer banking or financial services sector, with specific exposure to gold loans.
• Strong understanding of gold loan valuation processes, collateral risk, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and effectively managing distribution networks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
