Job summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare in Zirakpur is seeking an experienced HR MIS Executive with a strong background in HR operations and data management. The role focuses on Excel-driven reporting and analytics to support management decisions.

You will maintain employee data, generate MIS reports, analyze turnover and recruitment metrics, and automate dashboards while ensuring data confidentiality. 3–5 years of HR MIS/HR Operations experience and a Graduate degree are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field with 3+ years of HR MIS/HR Operations experience.
• Strong hands-on Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee database and HR records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
• Generate reports on attendance, attrition, recruitment, payroll inputs, and performance tracking.
• Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments for data collection and validation.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of HR data.
• Automate reports and dashboards using advanced Excel tools.
