Job summary

Education: Graduate. Experience: 8-12 years. Responsibilities include overseeing tech packs, samples, timelines, and supplier coordination to meet buyer requirements and ensure timely order execution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of woven and knitted fabrics, garment construction, costing and product development.
• Understanding of garment testing parameters and buyer requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

• Experience working with factories, vendors and internal merchandising teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development, sampling, fit approvals, R&D, sealing samples and production files.
• Understand tech packs and ensure samples, measurements, quality and timelines meet buyer requirements.
• Coordinate with factories, customers, internal teams and vendors for smooth order execution.
• Support new customer development, market intelligence and local buyer requirements.
• Develop and maintain fabric/vendor databases, swatches and sample hangers.
• Handle local sourcing of fabrics, trims and accessories, including order placement and follow-up.
• Ensure timely approvals, documentation, order closure and post-shipment reporting.
• Coordinate local and international courier/logistics requirements.
• Provide regular updates on sampling and merchandising status.
