Key Responsibilities Vendor Management & Production Oversight

• Drive Outsourced Manufacturing via Identifying, onboard, and managing vendor partners capable of executing high-end home textiles and furnishings, enforcing rigorous quality control and adhere to tech packs.
• Negotiation & Margin Control: Negotiate costs on premium raw materials and complex production techniques without compromising the tactile quality, structural integrity, or visual weight of the final product.
• Timeline Management: Build and manage critical paths from initial prototyping to final delivery, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Product Development & Assortment Strategy: Oversee the translation of intricate techniques into scalable production.
