Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a jewellery product development professional to identify new opportunities and coordinate across design, production, and sales to deliver samples through to delivery. You will prepare specifications, BOMs, costing sheets and maintain product details while ensuring quality and on-time execution.

The role involves collaboration with design, vendors and production teams, monitoring material requirements, margins and market trends to support range planning

Responsibilities

• Understand market trends, customer preferences and seasonal requirements to identify new jewellery product opportunities.
• Coordinate with the design team for new product development, design modifications, sampling and finalisation.
• Prepare and maintain product specifications, BOMs, costing sheets and product details.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers and production teams for sampling and bulk production.
• Monitor gold/diamond/gemstone requirements, consumption, pricing and product margins.
• Track the complete order lifecycle from enquiry and sampling to production, dispatch and delivery.
• Follow up with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders as per committed timelines.
• Work closely with the quality team to ensure jewellery meets required design, finishing, stone-setting and quality standards.
• Coordinate with sales/client teams to understand requirements and provide timely updates on order status.
• Maintain accurate records of samples, orders, inventory, costing, production status and deliveries.
• Analyse sales and product performance and provide inputs for range planning, replenishment and new collections.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, designs and market trends to support product and assortment decisions.
• Resolve issues related to design, costing, production, quality, delivery or customer requirements through effective coordination.
• Ensure products are developed within the approved cost, quality and delivery parameters.
• Support exhibitions, buyer meetings, collection launches and customer presentations when required.
