Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Merchandiser – Jewellery with strong knowledge of diamonds and jewellery, design development, production coordination, and market trends. The candidate should be proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing the product development process from concept to final production.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for jewellery concept development and new product development.
• Coordinate with designers to develop jewellery designs as per requirements.
• Research and identify latest jewellery trends, styles, and traditional jewellery from different cultures across the globe.
• Research, develop, and sketch new jewellery styles and concepts.
• Coordinate with the CAD team and check CAD designs for accuracy and feasibility.
• Follow up with the production team for new product development (PD).
• Monitor the production process and ensure timely completion and finishing of new products.
• Review and approve final designs in coordination with management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and management for smooth execution.
• Stay updated with current jewellery trends, designs, materials, and market developments.
• Ensure designs meet quality, aesthetic, commercial, and production requirements.
