Job summary

Programmers.io in Jaipur, India is seeking a hands-on Digital Analytics Engineer who owns the full measurement ecosystem, from GA4 and attribution modeling to data layer design and reporting. You will implement server-side GTM, configure GTM containers, and ensure clean data pipelines for cross-channel insights.

You will work with GA4 exports to BigQuery, set up Looker Studio dashboards, and support privacy-focused tracking and consent governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital analytics measurement across GA4 and attribution models.
• Strong data layer and GTM implementation skills.
• Ability to design scalable reporting with Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement framework from data collection to reporting.
• Implement GA4 and server-side GTM, ensure data quality.
• Coordinate cross-channel attribution and revenue reconciliation.
• Govern privacy-focused tracking and consent governance.
