Job summary

Airattix Storage is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Executive to drive performance marketing, lead generation, and conversions from paid campaigns in Pune. You will own campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, while supporting influencer marketing, AI-led content, YouTube, LinkedIn, print, field activities, and events.

You will work with analytics tools like GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on performance/digital marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to plan and optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, ROAS.
• Comfort with both digital and on-ground marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversions.
• Monitor performance and optimize for higher quality leads.

About the Role

Airattix is looking for a hands-on and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversions through paid digital campaigns.

The primary focus of this role will be Performance Marketing across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate will also support broader marketing initiatives including influencer marketing, AI-led content, YouTube, LinkedIn, print, field marketing, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant paid platforms.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better lead quality.
• Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies, locations, and campaigns.
• Work with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM, UTMs, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights.

Marketing & Growth Initiatives (Secondary Focus)

• AI-led Influencer Marketing: Create and coordinate AI-led content and influencer videos, particularly for Goods Storage.
• Influencer & Travel Blogger Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and travel bloggers for Luggage Storage and Nepal operations.
• YouTube Marketing: Develop strategies to promote existing videos and improve reach and engagement.
• Print & Offline Marketing: Coordinate the development of flyers, brochures, paper inserts, and other marketing collaterals.
• Field Marketing: Plan and execute relevant on-ground marketing activities across key locations.
• Expos & Events: Identify relevant expos, exhibitions, and industry events and manage Airattix's participation.
• LinkedIn Marketing: Develop and execute a structured LinkedIn marketing strategy to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Good understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to handle both digital and on-ground marketing initiatives.
• Preferred Background

Experience in location-driven, service marketplace, logistics, mobility, travel, or multi-location businesses will be an advantage.

Candidates with exposure to Storage Spaces, Car Parking, Movers & Packers, Luggage Storage, Order Fulfillment, Warehousing, Logistics, Travel & Mobility, or Marketplace platforms will be preferred.
