Job summary

C Cafe Coffee Day is seeking an Executive/Sr. Executive in Bengaluru to coordinate product operations and marketing activities across Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory functions. You will manage artwork, packaging, launches, and vendor coordination while tracking sales and inventory.

You will partner with QA/QC and R&D to ensure regulatory compliance and drive product improvements through market research and feedback analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating product operations across multiple functions.
• Exposure to regulatory requirements in FMCG packaging and labeling.
• Strong coordination between marketing, operations, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate invoices and PO processing with Accounts and vendors.
• Track payments for café projects and vendor engagements.
• Coordinate documentation and approvals with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Work with Legal Metrology, FSSAI, QA/QC, and R&D teams for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate artwork adaptation, design revisions, and packaging releases.
• Support new product launch management including communications and indents.
• Assist in product category management and inventory planning.
• Gather feedback and conduct market research for product improvements.

Job Description – Executive/Sr. Executive, Product Operations & Marketing Coordination

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for coordinating product lifecycle activities across Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Vendor Management functions, ensuring timely execution of product launches, artwork approvals, sales tracking, inventory management, and product innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoices and purchase orders with Accounts and vendors.
• Track payments related to café projects and vendors.
• Coordinate documentation and approvals with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Regulatory Compliance & Product Approvals

• Coordinate with Legal Metrology, FSSAI, QA/QC, and R&D teams.
• Ensure artworks and packaging comply with regulatory requirements.

Artwork Management & Marketing Release

• Coordinate artwork adaptation, design revisions, and artwork releases.
• Liaise with designers and vendors for packaging implementation.

New Product Launch Management

• Manage launch communications and indent allocations.
• Coordinate product shoots and launch display activities.
• Analyze MoM and YoY sales performance.
• Prepare weekly launch and sales reports for management.

Product Category Management & Improvement

• Drive product improvements based on sales performance and feedback.
• Support near-expiry stock liquidation and inventory movement planning.
• Conduct market research and new product studies.
• Coordinate prototypes, agency partnerships, vendor sourcing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate packaging specifications, cylinder requirements, and print execution.

Feedback Collection & Analysis

• Conduct sensory evaluation and costing analysis.
• Gather and analyze customer and operational feedback for product innovation.
