Are you in?Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleIn this role, you will lead the Yield and Stability team in sustaining and improving yield, stability, scrap management, and cost performance to achieve organizational objectives in a high-volume semiconductor back-end manufacturing environment. You will support people development and performance management, while driving cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Business Divisions to resolve yield-related challenges and deliver continuous improvement.Accountable and responsible for backend end-to-end (pre-assembly to final test) yield sustaining, improvement and stability of the OperationsProvide technical leadership in line with organization's mission and deploy to next level by prioritizing multiple activities ranging from daily operational support to sustainable improvement in performance using sound problem-solving techniques and communication / negotiation skillsInterface and collaborate with other Test locations, Frontend, Cluster and Global PTE, DIV PRM and other Backend manufacturing sites on yield and escalation topicsDrives cross-functional action plans with clear owners, milestones, and accountability, while challenging barriers, removing obstacles, and maintaining execution momentum to ensure targets are achieved and demonstrating urgency when performance deviates from goalsResponsible for performance management by setting effective indicators, monitoring and driving improvement, and conducting periodical review to ensure continuity of activities, achievement of short-term and long-range objectives of the organizationProactively analyzes yield data, Pareto trends, test failures, and process indicators to identify improvement opportunities and emerging risks before significant impact occurs and prioritizes opportunities based on business impactResponsible for governance of yield systematic and implement methods to enhance yield management processResponsible for yearly MAL TCR yield plan and target setting that deliver minimum €6mil CoY gain annually thru yield initiatives led by YSE YL headResponsible for MAL Operations escalation and manage Escalation Review platform to provide weekly overall excursion topics and drive for lesson learnt and best practices across modules for standardization and effective complexity managementYour profileQualifications and skills to help you succeedYou strive for excellence in semiconductor manufacturing, leveraging extensive experience in process, product, yield, or test engineering to drive performance, solve complex problems, and deliver sustainable improvements.
