TripJack, a Great Place to Work-certified travel technology platform in Mumbai, seeks an experienced Operations Assistant Manager ETS - Corporate Ticketing to lead end-to-end airline operations including ticketing, refunds, and schedule changes.

The role requires 8–12 years in airline/travel operations with 3–5 years in a leadership capacity, strong knowledge of Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre, and a focus on process improvements, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in domestic and international air ticketing and post-ticketing operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, airline reservation systems.
  • Understanding of fare construction, exchanges, refunds, ADM management, waivers, and NDC platforms.
  • Proven experience managing large operational teams in a corporate travel environment.
  • Leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Operational reporting, MIS, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to manage high-volume operations with quality and compliance.

  • Mentor Team Leaders and Travel Consultants to hit productivity and quality targets.
  • Ensure compliance with airline policies, fare rules, ADM guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for ops excellence.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with airlines, GDS providers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Oversee workforce planning, capacity management, and service delivery across teams.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant Manager ETS - Corporate Ticketing to lead and oversee end-to-end airline operations, including ticketing, refunds, reissues, cancellations, and schedule changes. The role involves managing large operational teams, driving process excellence, ensuring compliance with airline and industry regulations, and achieving service delivery targets.
