Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PLC programming, control panels, sensors, motors/VFDs, microcontrollers (Arduino/ESP32/Raspberry Pi).
• Experience with software for HMI, IoT integration, and parking management applications.
• Collaborate with mechanical design, production, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PLC-based control systems for MLCP parking systems (Puzzle, Tower, Rotary, Stack, Pit).
• Build working miniature/scale models of parking systems for demos, exhibitions, and client presentations.
• Develop R&D prototypes for new parking concepts, including motorized mechanisms, sensor integration, and control logic.
• Program PLCs (Siemens/Delta/Mitsubishi) and microcontrollers (Arduino/ESP32/Raspberry Pi) for prototypes.
• Configure VFDs, sensors, limit switches, and safety interlocks; design control panels and wiring diagrams.
• Develop HMI screens and integrate software for IoT connectivity, mobile app/dashboard, and RFID/access control.
• Test, troubleshoot, and commission systems at factory and project sites.
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural, and installation teams; prepare documentation and electrical BOMs.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms and IS standards.
