Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy seeks a senior leader to drive Sustainability, EPR, and ESG strategies with a focus on plastic waste management and packaging governance. The role will represent the company at industry forums and policy dialogues, nationally and internationally.

You will stay abreast of CPCB, SPCB, and MoEFCC guidelines, analyze market trends in plastics and circular economy initiatives, and collaborate with legal, operations, marketing and procurement to advance EPR compliance and set

Responsibilities

• Lead Sustainability, EPR, and ESG strategies with a focus on plastic waste management and packaging governance.
• Represent Sarthee Consultancy at industry forums, conferences, policy dialogues, and plastic waste platforms—nationally and internationally.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and policy shifts (CPCB, SPCB, MoEFCC) and assess their business impact.
• Develop and present market analysis on market trends, plastic credit fluctuations, circular economy initiatives, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, marketing, and procurement to drive sustainability objectives and ensure EPR compliance.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, internal briefings, and stakeholder communication materials.
• Track sustainability KPIs and ESG metrics and help set benchmarks for performance improvement.
• Serve as a thought leader on sustainability and plastic circularity within the organization.

Stay updated on emerging regulatory changes, government notifications, and policy shifts (such as CPCB, SPCB, and MoEFCC guidelines) and assess their potential business impact.

Develop and present market analysis reports with insights on volatile market trends, plastic credit fluctuations, circular economy initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, operations, marketing, procurement) to drive sustainability objectives and ensure EPR compliance.

Prepare executive-level presentations, internal briefings, and stakeholder communication materials.

Track sustainability KPIs, ESG metrics, and help set benchmarks for performance improvement.
