Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in a similar role within the chemicals industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of decarbonization, ERM (Environmental Risk Management), and sustainability principles.
• Proven track record of developing effective sustainability strategies that drive business value.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
