Job summary

Anant Tattva Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive to drive EPR Plastic Waste compliance, policy interpretation, and cross-functional coordination with clients and recyclers.

You will manage end-to-end EPR operations, data reporting, portal handling, and documentation while tracking policy updates, coordinating with SPCBs/CPCBs, and delivering timely regulatory updates to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Plastic Waste Management Rules and EPR framework.
• Experience with documentation, reporting, and portal handling.
• Familiarity with SPCB/CPCB coordination processes.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Plastic Waste (EPR) compliance operations
• Develop and apply policy knowledge, including policy analysis and regulatory interpretation
• Track and implement policy updates and ensure alignment across operations
• Manage data reporting as per EPR framework, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
• Coordinate with PIBOs, recyclers, and stakeholders
• Actively engage with organizations and support them in compliance execution
• Provide regular updates to clients on regulatory changes
• Manage portal updates, returns filing, and documentation
• Monitor compliance targets, audits, and timelines
• Support webinar mobilization and awareness initiatives
