Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions invites a Senior Manager - Supply Chain to join our global manufacturing network. You will lead demand planning, dispatch planning, and integrated S&OP processes across a complex manufacturing environment with 10+ years of experience.

You will forecast, balance demand and supply, drive OTIF and inventory optimization, and collaborate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to achieve business targets. Proficiency in SAP/ERP and MRP is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Dispatch Planning & Execution, Supply Planning, and integrated S&OP processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong forecasting, demand review, capacity planning, material requirements planning (MRP), inventory management, and raw material planning.
• Proven experience in driving the monthly S&OP cycle, balancing demand, supply, inventory, and customer service objectives.
• Sound understanding of OTIF (On-Time In-Full), customer service levels, inventory optimization, and supply-demand reconciliation.
