Job Description

• 10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Dispatch Planning & Execution, Supply Planning, and Integrated S&OP processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, demand review, capacity planning, material requirement planning (MRP), inventory management, and raw material planning.
• Proven experience in driving the monthly S&OP cycle, balancing demand, supply, inventory, and customer service objectives.
• Sound understanding of OTIF (On-Time In-Full), customer service levels, inventory optimization, and supply-demand reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of EXIM operations, logistics planning, distribution management, and SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Production, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to achieve business targets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience in resolving customer queries and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and customer satisfaction.
