Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager - Supply Chain to spearhead demand planning, dispatch planning and integrated S&OP in a manufacturing setting. You will forecast, balance supply and inventory, and collaborate with Sales, Production, Procurement and Quality to meet service targets.

Expertise in OTIF, MRP, and SAP/ERP, with a strong cross-functional leadership style to drive improvements and ensure seamless order fulfilment across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Dispatch Planning & Execution, Supply Planning and integrated S&OP in manufacturing.
• Strong forecasting, capacity planning, MRP, inventory management and raw material planning expertise.
• Proven S&OP driver balancing demand, supply, inventory and service levels; OTIF focus.
• Good EXIM ops, logistics planning, distribution management and SAP/ERP proficiency.
• Collaborates with Sales, Production, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle and align demand, supply and inventory with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment and dispatch execution.
• Drive process improvements in planning, forecasting and material flow to enhance service levels.

10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Dispatch Planning & Execution, Supply Planning, and Integrated S&OP processes within a manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in forecasting, demand review, capacity planning, material requirement planning (MRP), inventory management, and raw material planning.
Proven experience in driving the monthly S&OP cycle, balancing demand, supply, inventory, and customer service objectives.
