Job summary

The role emphasizes strong technical leadership in HVAC systems and OSD equipment, with accountability for delivering on time, within budget and in compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 12+ years of pharma industry experience; minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery of complex capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, engineering, execution, qualification and commissioning of medium to large-scale pharmaceutical capital projects across India and the UK.
• Serve as Project Lead for strategic capital projects with SME in HVAC systems and OSD process equipment.
• Ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, and engineering best practices.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget with quality standards.

Job Description

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven a professional for Projects function to lead the planning, design, engineering, execution, qualification, and commissioning of medium to large-scale pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing projects across India and the UK.
The role will serve as the Project Lead for strategic capital projects . The incumbent will provide subject matter expertise in HVAC systems and pharmaceutical formulation OSD process equipment while ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, and engineering best practices. This position demands strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical or a related field.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

12+ years of experience in the Pharma industry. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
