Role: Business Development - IT Managed Services

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10+ years

Role Description: Selling IT managed services for domestic India. The candidate must be an absolute direct sales expert who manages both aggressive hunting and deep relationship farming to drive domestic market growth.

Key Deliverables

• Will be responsible for forming strategies and methods specific to driving the Sales plan for respective territory.
• The candidate will be target orientated and should have key connections in the respective geos
• Will be responsible to meet Sales Quota on regular intervals and able to qualify for incentive programs.
• Will be responsible for ensuring that he/she meets territory quota and highly motivated to drive both NN & EN accounts.
• Will be responsible for setting-up framework for developing and optimizing outcome, setting new methods.
• Will be responsible for driving Sales agenda to ensure that the KPIs are fulfilled in time.
• Will be responsible for selling Writers IT Managed services(Managed Services - 24/7 Remote Infrastructure Management(RIM), System Integration - Predictive scaling & Rapid incident Mitigation, Administration Task - Server, Network & System Administration).
• Competency Assessment and Capability creation at the team level.
• Sales experience handling Industry verticals such as BFSI , Manufacturing, CMT, or FMCG, Emerging SMB customers.
• Good connect with CIO/CTO of the respective territory is must
• Should be able to build GTM plan for the business.

Qualification & Experience:

• B. Tech / Postgraduate with a major in Sales /Marketing Management.
• Total Experience: 10-12 Years in sales business development in IT field
• Last 5 years in the selling IT Managed Services
• Knowledge of Techno-commercial technical understanding and Solution Consulting of Sizing/planning/prerequisites for specific products.
• Has Execution excellence, Internal Stakeholder Management Skills, People Leadership, Assertiveness, Business Acumen, Coaching Skills.
• Excellent Relationship with key CIO/CTO in the respective region- India Business Region.
