Role & responsibilities

Co-ordination with multiple business Channels

• Data insights updates


• Provide actionable insights to business team to improve the retention


• Good in MS office tools namely Power point, Excel, Word, Content and Script Development


• Identify and assess future and current training needs of the Employees, End-to-end process, skill &

knowledge.

• Initiate discussions and schedule meetings with Business, PMT, Tech and U/W


• Monitor SME Renewal UFR & availability


• Ensure renewal notice availability in define Tat for business


• Address business queries related to SME renewals
